Jeez, she makes Susan B. Anthony look like a swimsuit model.
It's also too bad that liberals hijacked Chanukkah, which is essentially a festival opposed to Hellenism (which is regarded by the Sages as the equivalent to the primeval darkness before G-d created light) and a reaffirmation of the Jewish G-d and the source of all morals and ethics.
Please see my tagline! ;-)
This is not the paranoid rambling of a right wing radical wacko. This is a FACT.
Cicero observed, "A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gate is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves among those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very hall of government itself he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist."
Probably does'nt have the greatest good of 'the America of our founders' at heart...
imo
That picture of Clinton...I feel like I AM looking at the Antichrist as he oversees the implementation of his sinister plan.
ACLU PING!
What "straight line"? Philosophers disagreed far more often than they agreed. Try comparing the hippy-dippy philosophy of the Cynics to the crazy number juju of Pythagoras and his followers, or the hard-headed but fatalistic Stoics to the strange proto-Jainism of Epicurious. There's even the easier, more modern, example of Any Rand's undying hatred of all things Plato.
Marx was no follower of Aristotle, and if Hitler ever read Nicomachean Ethics, then I'll eat my boots. (Hitler was theistic, btw, but I trade you Mao even-up).
In any event it's provably false that there is any sort of "straight line" of non-theistic philosophical thought that led to the creation of greater and greater human monsters.

Maybe they didn't like competition?
Well, since you admit that the philosophers disagreed so much with each other, why are you insisting that one of them came up with a moral/ethical code that exists objectively? My whole point is that without an objective Creator G-d all moral/ethical systems (regardless of how strict, how fanatically championed, or how widespread their acceptance) can only be subjective (mere "hang-ups" of an individual, a group of individuals, or a society). So how exactly is your making my own point for me supposed to discourage me?
Hitler was theistic, btw)
Of course. That's why he instituted Genesis creationism in all German schools and erected monuments to the Ten Commandments in every German public square! [/sarcasm]

But since there is no G-d (chas vechalilah), who is to say who is or is not a monster? Aristotle may define mass murder as "bad," but I'm sure some other philosopher can be found to excuse it. So we're right back where we started, aren't we?

Well, He ain't called the Jealous G-d of Israel for nothin' (even though Jews have come to be associated with "religious pluralism" and "tolerance" and chr*stians, of all people, with cultic intolerance). And if everyone hadn't felt the need to invent all these new religions and testaments and dispensations, we wouldn't even be arguing about "but whose G-d is the real one?"
Why should the Jews have been jealous of the Greeks? Considering, after all, that astronomical information given them as Divine revelation is more accurate than that achieved by any other nation as a result of scientific investigation, it seems to me that the Greeks had nothing to offer (except the Hellenism which so many Jews have fallen for).
I advocate Theonomic Positivism, myself.
Oh . . . and this is what I think of Hellenism.

no!
In other news, the Pope's Catholic.
