Well written....and it hits the nail on the head.
As I write this, Rush is reviewing an ABC NEWS broadcast that points out that CNN is grossly exaggerating "missing" children as a result of Katrina.

"About those bloated bodies. It seems now that there were more reporters claiming to have seen bloated bodies floating through New Orleans than actual bloated bodies."
Perhaps what they were smelling was the putrescense of their own rotting MSM corpses.

Well, not to toot my own horn, but I nailed this back on September 6th.
New Orleans Death Toll 10,000? I don't think so.
I caught a lot of grief, but the numbers made no sense to me. It is interesting to see who was right and who was wrong.
Toot. Toot.

I believed the total figures for the whole area were going to be very high considering what happened during the Tsunami.
I think a lot of the reason this number is lower than expected is that the US Coast Guard and US Air Force saved around 20,000 people.

My brother said he heard airhead america host Tokyo Rhodes say that FEMA and Bush were bulldozing thousands of black dead into mass graves. She said this was a huge coverup by Bush and the media is afraid to cover it.

Well, as you know there are people who believe they have been abducted by UFO's.....I used to work with people who thought that the lottery numbers were hidden in the comic pages...and they voted democrat of course.
I am GLAD that these liberals are saying such outrageous claptrap...I think it hurts the left.

I think that our President coaxing the local elected officials to call for an evacuation -- did save thousands of lives. See my tagline.

Let's just say, now we know where the left-wingers get their figures for Iraqi and other civilian deaths at the hands of the evil US military.

Add to that, that NRO is reporting that their were 50,000 rescues by the Feds, locals, and volunteers.
All of these rescues were going on while the hysterical media were thrusting their cameras in the faces of black Americans who were waiting to be rescued.

Noggin, by getting people to move back to New Orleans before it was safe to do so, is probably helping to increase the likelihood that the death toll could go higher. Maybe that's the idea...death toll isn't high enough, so let's see if we can increase it by putting all these trusting, uneducated types in harm's way.
I'm no brain, but I feel like Einstein compared to this dolt.
And by the way...thanks for posting the article. Very good.
