Michael Schiavo is co-writing a book with author Michael Hirsh to tell his side of the end-of-life case that divided much of the country. Schiavo's wife Terri suffered a brain injury in 1990 that left her in what some doctors called a "persistent vegetative state." She died March 31 after a bitter court battle between her husband and her parents.
Hirsh expects the 280-page book, "Terri: the Truth," to be available just before the first anniversary of Terri's death. Dutton Publishing publicity manager Jean Anne Rose confirmed that the company is publishing the book in March.
Michael Schiavo's decision to remove a feeding tube that kept his brain-damaged wife alive alienated him from her parents, drew a Congressional intervention and even prompted criticism from President Bush.
Hirsh, 62, is a Vietnam veteran and a former Los Angeles television producer who has written three books about the military.
Prior to this, it was specifically illegal for a spouse (or anyone else) to substitute their own agenda for the will of the patient. Because of liberal interpretations of stare decisis, it will now likely be considered legal by most judges.
There's no easy explanation for anyone being fooled by someone so lacking in a disguise.

The same could be said of Terri's doctor not wanting Terri euthanized. That's why Michael replaced Terri's doctor with advocates of forced euthanasia.
I wonder if Michael heard any objections from his own parents' doctors before he gleefully had them starved and dehydrated to death. Remember him bragging about that on Larry King?
His mom had an illness but I doubt she really wanted to be starved to death considering that she objected to HINO seeking to starve Terri to death.

That is strange. I'm starting to believe that if Michael can get his hands on someone's life he will starve them to death. He is a serial killer for sure seeing he starved his own parents in the manner! SICK.
My grandfather just died of cancer and stopped eating and drinking 3 days before he died and there was no feeding tube, but that was because he was dying and about to die. Terri wasn't dying and so pulling the feeding tube was murder! My grandfather died in his sleep and I can rest knowing he died by the hands of God and not by not eating or drinking. It is a shame some people think taking a life is ok.
Despite their lies, they still have one death on their side that they have to live with. We haven't even got Micheal to a lie detector yet.....what a joke they are.

She didn't die broke. A few hours after her death, Greer signed on the dotted line that MS got her estate in it's entirety, then sealed the record so no one knows what he got. Not the actions of someone that got zip.
if something comes of us i will be surprised, but I am still hopeful one way or another Schiavo gets brought down!
