This unfortunately is true of most large towns or cities the left have control because of the brain washing of the voters who are mainly working class or unemployed.

Wow. Great photos. I am getting even more angry now about this "Bush don't care about black people" nonsense now.
You asked earlier about Mike Pence's possibility re: POTUS...
I have been on an Pence *ping* list for awhile...there are quite a few freepers..and hopefully more media types (conservative talk radio) that not only have noticed Pence, but will REALLY take a good look at him.
He is a leader of a group of very conservative representatives...mostly fiscally consv. but other ways also...
Jeb Hensarling, a Rep. from my state of Texas is also in that group...
They have taken on Delay and the REP. House majority a lot...they came out vehemently against the prescription drug benefit that was passed a few years ago.
BTW, Pence used to be a radio talk show host in Indiana, so he is pretty used to speaking in public, and thinking "on his feet" so to speak.
The fact that the MSM and the Rats are so close and literally in bed with one another is not recognized as a conflict of interest because both believe (through upbringing in Blue states, schooling and lib college education) that this is the natural order of things. It is only when the two camps split such as a journalist becoming conservative (the Cape Cod blogger) or that a Rat activist such as Brazille becomes a Bush supporter (likely only temporary), that it is noted with interest. Otherwise, as seen on this morning's MTP panel, it is same old criticism, same old Bush bashing.
That was a very informative post, so it was not Congress that kept that plan from going forward it was Slick willie, per William Jefferson democrat Louisiana.
Excellent news. NEWT Gingrich started out his way too. Fighting the Rep leadership as much as fighting the Dems. This is useful in helping make a point I keep making to the Cast Iron Conservatives who endlessly whine about Bush. THEN HELP TAKE OUR PARTY BACK! Quit WHINING and DO. Any idea on how I can get added to this ping list?
have been on an Pence *ping* list for awhile
Ruth Ginsberg. Just another Clinton lie all ready demonstrated as a lie.
Did any of you guys just see Rep. Nadler, from NY on Fox News?
There is a live presser with reps. down in NO....and Nadler looked like he just stepped off of a bass boat!!! LOL...he looked so funny, with a baseball cap on and a PLAID short sleeved shirt!!!!!
Oh, man,...you shoulda seent it, you shoulda seent it!!! lol
Hey---Gip, I have a new recruit for the Pence *ping* list!!!
I was pleasantly surprised to find that my congressman, Joe Barton, also joined Pence and others in NOT voting for the big emergency bill for hurricane assistance..
NOT because they don't want to help...but there were no "offsets"...
That group....is the one I really want to gain power in the House....as far as I know...the only candidate in the Senate that would fit is Coburn of Oklahoma.
I did LOL
Here's a thread I was pinged to yesterday....

There is no way to rehab Blanco, she has shown that she is no leader, and the People in LA know it. Landrieu thinks that she is showing leadership but all she does is sound like a crazy shrew. Nagin is ready for the Rubber room in Houston. You can be a strong leader by leading, not frothing at the mouth for National consumption. There are a lot of people that did not see what their so-called leaders were saying because they had no electric and no TV. Now they are safe and sound, with food, water, a nice roof over their heads and no looters to shoot at them. They are hearing GWB take responsibility even if it was not his fault, and they are not hearing the locals admit to any mistakes at all. They are hearing GWB say he will make sure things will get better, and he is honest about the hard work ahead, and the sacrifice and the money it will take, but he lays it right out there. He is giving them hope and they know that he will get the job done. The MSM cannot handle the way the evacuees are responding to positive uplifting talk along with the admission that mistakes were made and will be corrected.
I am sorry to rain our your parade but this author is the token "Conservative" the Star and Hammer added to conteract critisims from the bloggers about the extreme leftwingness of their extremely left wing wacko paper.
The Waddler is shorter than I thought and seems to have lost some weight.
This was followed by three lady lawyers all talking over each other with the most strident loudly repeating the lie that it was all FEMA's fault for not rescuing those elderly nursing home patients.
It was probably nearly a year before Blair had this latest surgery.
Nope. But there are professional gangsters who will loot when the opportunity arises.
Yes you are correct some of the tragedy could have been prevented, probably most. Blanco was no leader, and if Lt Gov Landrieu had any input he was useless also, but after all look who his sister is, she is really useless, and she does not even live in NOLA she has a mansion in Washington Dc where she lives. How can you know what is going on in NOLA when you only go there to visit?
That would have been the first time he had the problem which was widely reported on UK TV so I do not see that Clinton said anything that we do not know in the UK maybe not the States but the day he had the problem was reported in Britain.
