Most have been held for more than three years without charge. A very good indication that the reporter hasn't a clue. You don't charge your enemy with a violation of the law when you're at war; you kill or capture your enemy in war.
It's really amazing how entirely out of touch the vast majority of journalists are.

Hunger strike doesn't make sense. It is an eating strike. Hunger is the net result. Tell them to go on a drinking strike it is faster than a hunger strike.
