why not try this on (beneath the tinfoil hat)--
it's also possible that gang-elements blew up the levees; we know the jihadis try to enlist gangs--so why not jihadists using gangs to hamper relief efforts--and even blow the levees?

Let the market destroy the POS station and it's commercial supporters. Boycott ALL products/services advertised on the station.

Listen nimrod! This "majority-black city" wasn't abandoned by the country. It was abandoned by it's elected government. Your mayor didn't bother implementing the evacuation plan. Your governor delayed asking for federal military assistance, and kept relief workers out of the areas that needed them the most.
