How much water would have to flow into the poor neighborhoods in order to drain the lake down to a level that would make the other levees safe?
Too much.
Who would be out in a hurricane trying to blow up a levee?
Who then also would be around to actually see the event. Who
then would be able see under the water that would be rushing in from the lake to see a 25 foot crater? This whole idea
defies logic as they do most of the time.
