huge respect for Lindsay for throwing Ginsberg right back at the democrats. We must remind the people with evidence how the Dems have two standards. The recordings of Kennedy and Biden begging "their" liberal nominees not to answer questions and now demanding answers is priceless. We'd never hear these if it wsn't for RUSh or Sean Hannity and the rest.

Gonzales, no way. Owen or Clement.
Weigh in all.Clement is done.
Jones, Owen, or Estrada
And let's not forget about the two minorities, aka white males, Luttig and McConnell.

Durbin represents the perversion of the law.Durbin is a Senator. As such, he helps make the law. And as a Democrat, he helps pervert the law.

Ginsberg thinks the age of consent for GIRLS is 12 years?
That is unconscionable.
Does she support NAMBLA?

I only wish all high school students in America could watch these past few days of hearings in total. What a civics lesson on the Constituion and the role of the various branches from our future Chief Justice!
Of course, the MSM decided after the first six hours of the complete Democrat rout to cover something else which they deemed "more important".

I would assume mostly pro-Roberts. The Senate likes to finish business on Thursday so members can go home to their districts for the weekend.

The transcript of Lindsay's comments, when available, deserves it's own thread.****************
Agreed. He's been outstanding.

I caught that - doesn't show up on the split screen cap just above, but he had to hold in a big laugh.

Do we have any idea when the next nominee will be named? I'd imagine they will want to have a full court before the session begins, right? Any clue, ballpark or otherwise when Pres. Bush will nominate for the other vacancy?
