Turbin has defined ACTIVISM. He wants an activist --- but a bader-Ginsberg activist.
HA! He buried himself, or should I say he exposed himself?

Can someone confirm that Roberts agreed that children of illegals deserve an public education? No, he didn't say that.
He said it was his personal opinion that "all children deserve an education," in response to Feinstein's smarmy question.
He was quick to point out, however (for the umpteenth time), that the court's duty is to apply the law, not personal opinions.

Durbin was the perfect foil for Roberts, who sliced and diced him. He was absolutely brilliant.
