On Thursday, the members of the Senate Judiciary Cmte. continue with a third round of questioning. Then six different panels of out- side witnesses deliver their views on the professional and personal suitability of John Roberts to be appointed Chief Justice of the United States. This testimony will take the entire day.

Good for you. What attracted me so much (among other things--honesty, integrity, humor, intelligence) to my husband was how gentlemanly he treated me. His goals were like yours. I wanted him to be mine! And we were married a year to the day we met because there was no games. And after 8 years of marriage, I love him all the more. Even if he is a democrat. Even good marriages are not perfect:)

This woman, who is in a wheelchair following an auto accident, was a plaintiff under ADA about access to the Courts. She looked into becoming a court reporter. Could not get into Tennessee's courthouses because they lacked handicapped access. Filed suit in 1998; a number of courthouses were still inaccessible . . .

And Court TV cuts out again (I never watched them before --do they keep cutting out when they show a trial?).

My nephew has always been wheel-chair bound. Spina Bifada. 24 years old now and has NEVER thought he was "challenged."

I feel for this woman but the ADA has been abused and has become a bad law. Alcoholics are now considered disabled. Jeez!
