I think this lady is going to tell us that Roberts was a lawyer on the other side at some point.... and that he you know..... was trying to make her life more difficult etc etc.

Court TV back -- Roberts' record on ADA raises questions. Robert thinks ADA should be narrowly construed to cover only the truly disabled. [not sure what her problem is here] Disabled need protection of Congress. Wants Roberts to be sure rights of disabled are not stripped away.

This is the best they could find? She opposes him because of what he might do (that he gives no evidence of).
