PETA resumes display comparing animal cruelty to slavery

One month after suspending an exhibit comparing animal cruelty to slavery, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is resuming the traveling show...

PETA came under fire...that the exhibit was racist... National civil rights groups, including the NAACP said the comparison demeaned blacks.

The showing, dubbed the Animal Liberation Project, involves a display of panels juxtaposing graphic images of slavery and other human abuse with pictures of chained animals. Some of the displays compares animal cruelty to black civil rights abuses...

In one panel, titled "Hanging," a white mob surrounds two lynched blacks swinging from a tree. A nearby picture shows a cow hanging in a slaughterhouse.

PETA president Ingrid Newkirk defended the decision to continue the show...

I wondered why they were too busy to go to the hurricane area to rescue animals. They were setting up their pictures of whites hanging blacks. Not enough time for those hungry, thirsty, abandoned animals when there is racial hatred to stir up.

If their is anybody out there who is surprised by this they should be forced to eat brussel sprouts for their remaining days. These people have the reasoning ability of a two year old, and have Pamela Anderson ( in all her silicon glory) as a spokeswoman. Let them eat grass, that leaves more cows for me.

That's just sickening. PETA is disgusting. There was another offensive advertisement they had comparing the Holocaust where Jews Gypsies Poles ect ect were slaughtered to....Pigs being slaughtered.
