LANSING, Mich. — A federal judge has declared unconstitutional Michigan's law aimed at banning a procedure that opponents call partial-birth abortion.

In a ruling dated Monday, U.S. District Court Judge Denise Page Hood (search) in Detroit ruled the law places an "undue burden" on women's right to choose an abortion. The parties in the lawsuit learned of the ruling Wednesday.

The liberal judge evidently thinks that it's an "undue burden" for the females not to be able to suck out the brains of a 9 month old baby, collapse its skull, and pull it from the womb.

The liberal nazi would have done well working for Mengele.

Suppose the :being born" child was a female. Shouldn't she be allowed the right to choose?

Then why did we even bother to vote on this? It won quite handily & there were certainly enough signatures to put it on the ballot.

Judges are the scourge of the earth! Bottom-feeders.What ever happened to the "will of the people?" ARRRGGHH!

Wouldn't it be fun to take these "judges," cut a hole in the back of their head and suck their brains out. Whoops! We're talking about a "judge" here. No brains. Nevermind.

The state Legislature approved a new law attempting to ban the procedure in June 2004. Hundreds of thousands of voters signed petitions that allowed the bill to become law with only the approval of the House and Senate — both of which are controlled by Republicans — after Democratic Gov. Jennifer Granholm vetoed it.

Every Democrat should be allowed free, unlimited abortions and sterilizations. In fact, I'd be in favor of fourth trimester abortions for all registered DemocRATs and self proclaimed liberals, and members of liberal constituencies.

Why is it that judges seem to choose the weirdest times to make these idiotic pronouncements???

The stupid "eminent domain" ruling comes down, just as President Bush is picking his first SCOTUS nominee...

Now, while the nominee is being grilled on Capitol Hill, two judges make outrageous and "activist" decisions...

I know one thing....I wish I could ask Roberts what he thinks of these two decisions today!

Well, if they kill a child up to the time it's head comes out, starve a disabled woman to death, kill the elderly...

That's why kids are going crazy, they feel life has no meaning, they respect no one.

God forbid you try to get prayer in schools, in CA Muslims have a special place and time to pray in some, Gitmo gives out Korans and prepares Halal food for the prisoners. Did you see NOW or the Moral Majority (right)running down to Florida during Schiavo? Or during the never ending Natalie in Aruba or any missing woman case? Do you see them offering real education options (besides 2nd to 4th grade sex-ed)? Where's the home-ec? Oh, you would get sued by the ACLU for that one.
