The liberal judge evidently thinks that it's an "undue burden" for the females not to be able to suck out the brains of a 9 month old baby, collapse its skull, and pull it from the womb.

The liberal nazi would have done well working for Mengele.

Then why did we even bother to vote on this? It won quite handily & there were certainly enough signatures to put it on the ballot.

Judges are the scourge of the earth! Bottom-feeders.What ever happened to the "will of the people?" ARRRGGHH!

The state Legislature approved a new law attempting to ban the procedure in June 2004. Hundreds of thousands of voters signed petitions that allowed the bill to become law with only the approval of the House and Senate — both of which are controlled by Republicans — after Democratic Gov. Jennifer Granholm vetoed it.

Every Democrat should be allowed free, unlimited abortions and sterilizations. In fact, I'd be in favor of fourth trimester abortions for all registered DemocRATs and self proclaimed liberals, and members of liberal constituencies.

What a biased headline. "Judge: Michigan law against *type of abortion* unconstitutional"? That's even worse than the usual "certain type of late-term abortion" that weenie liberals use because they refuse to use the more descriptive "partial-birth abortion." Pretty soon, liberals won't even use the word "abortion" (NARAL already paved the way) and the headline when a judge strikes down a PBA ban will read "Judge: Michigan law against *type of emergency contraception* unconstitutional." (Has anybody else noticed how the media now uses the phrase "emergency contraception" as a synonym for abortion?)

This is incredible. Apparently this judge (and many more) cares nothing about the testimony given by the guy soon to become our new Chief Justice. Or about life itself.

Gee, is there no implied right to LIFE present in the Constitution???

Partial Birth Abortion Ban is due to come up before the US Supreme Court shortly... I don't know if it is in the October session and if Bush can get another Justice on the court...
