Dude, that f'ing brilliant! The arguement could be countered that a child isn't a woman, but if a 12 year old got pregnant, she would not have a choice for an abortion since she is a child and children have no say. If there is an exception for girls being aborted, then under equal protection clause, it would have to be granted to boys as well. Abortion outlawed.

One that I will use on my mother...

I've already asked her if I could have been a choice...

She got a little mad at me for some reason...I can't imagine why though...
