Dude, that f'ing brilliant! The arguement could be countered that a child isn't a woman, but if a 12 year old got pregnant, she would not have a choice for an abortion since she is a child and children have no say. If there is an exception for girls being aborted, then under equal protection clause, it would have to be granted to boys as well. Abortion outlawed.
I like the way you two think. Somehow, we need these kind of people on the SC. Do you all suppose there are any candidates out there, that have brilliant analytical minds, regarding law, like the two of you have ?
