I was listening to Laura Ingraham's radio interview with Andrea Mitchell last night. Andrea related an anecdote about the late Senator Mike Mansfield. She said no matter what question you asked him, you'd get one word answers; "Yep", "Nope", and "Maybe". She said you had to have 3 times as many questions ready for him than anyone you could interview today.
She finished with a jibe at Biden..."Now if you ask Senator Joe Biden a question, he'll talk for weeks and never answer the question."
