That was Kennedy, Dodd and a waitress. I always get Dodd and Biden confused. The fact that Ted Kennedy was involved, which has triggered a self protective mechanism in my brain that absolutely prevents the creation of any mental image of the event, makes it even more difficult to remember the name...
