I'm waiting for some judge to determine that the constitution is un-constitutional. Should be any day now.

Hopefully, the Supreme Court will rule on this and SCALIA will write the majority opinion. As usual, the 9th Circus will get the verbal smack down.

Return to the original pre-Ike version. Problem solved.
Exactly. I don't know the details of this case, but Newdow was too clueless to challenge the 1954 law changing it, with all its blatantly obvious religious purposes. What isn't challenged, the justices can't consider.

Another victory for the Judici-Fascists.
The Declaration of Indendence is also verboten because it refers to (horrors!) the "Creator".
TAKE OUR COURTS BACK NOW!

Shoot! I hadn't noticed that. I've put it back. I don't want anyone to be confused.

Can somebody de-fund the ACLU? They get all their money by federal statute. If "Congress" would change the laws concerning civil rights cases, we could severely cripple the ACLU. Nothing would please me more than to destroy this pro-terrorism anti-Christian group. Can we contact Tancredo?

"News report says Federal Judge has ruled that it is unconstitutional for children to recite the pledge of allegiance in school be cause it references One Nation "Under God"" But it's okay for perporgs to force children to listen to the 'pledges' of perpforms in public schools.

I don't know about you, but I suspect that hand of Karl Rove -- helping to move the Roberts hearing toward confirmation and helping to make Democrats an extinct species.

Well - as long as abortion remains free, legal, and endorsed by public schools - that's the only law we need to worry about, right?

I trust neither the U.S. Supreme Court nor the U.S. Senate
But if a Court thinks they can strike down God in the Pledge in today's climate, they can think again.
The people will revolt against them.

Well this will just validate why we need conservative judges. It will help us in the long run.
