How embarrassing to hear him have to explain to this moron just what a judge's role is time and time again. Ah, Kyl up now.

After the hammering Biden got in the press yesterday, I am stunned he's back at it again.

I wondered how Clinton could look so relaxed as he fought with Congress about the shut down of government.

Turns out the relaxed looking Clinton was "sharing pizza" with Monica around then.

I am sending Biden a death ray!

From the looks of Biden's hair, I think your coordinates were precise.

Leahy made an ass of himself quoting a latin phrase for an incorrect proposition. Roberts clarified it for him. Leahy had to read it off of a crib sheet. Roberts knew it cold. No notes.

Roiberts seems to be plugged into a computer somewhere with a giant Memory Bank....just amazing.

Isn't it great that Kyl comes immediately after Biden to set that fool straight.

<<>> For the listeners... Camera on Roberts who quickly raises eyebrows at that comment as if too say "I wouldn't count on that" Audience laughs. (Actually Roberts is probably thinking there the only way in H*LL you would be before the Supreme Court would be as a defendant on a criminal appeal.)

I think you're right... Biden thinks he's on par with Roberts -- like he's a "colleaugue" of Roberts. What a dunce.

That's HILARIOUS because during the Bork hearings two decades ago, Biden said the Founders wanted senators to have a lot of power in judicial confirmations since, as popularly elected officials, they represent the "people". Someone had to remind Biden that senators were appointed until 1912.

The talking heads will trash Biden again today.

Gosh, I wish he'd be the nominee in 2008!

I love Kyl! Throwing Biden's words right back at him.
Of course, those words applied ONLLY to ACLU Queen, Bader-Ginsberg.

The Confederate ARMIES treated occupied towns with respect, (not always so with the militias, though), but in most cases outside of Ggrant's control, Union troops didn't....
