According to the time line Roberts already said he was not at liberty to comment on that case in 1982 because he had left a position on the supreme court less than 2 years before.
Since that document does not have a number on it, I don't think it legit.
Even Durban said he it appeared to be a document

Now she has another guest commentator who says he's never seen such "stonewalling" in the 12 confirmation hearings he's followed. Doesn't seem to be anyone on who likes Roberts. (Are they going back to the hearings? I didn't know Court TV was like this!)

If you remove the vote fraud, none of these DUmocrats have a snowballs chance of holding public office.

Go to the article for this thread and watch it on line with Judiciary Live Web feed. There's a link there. I like it lots better than the cspan feed.

"Schumer actually says "this process is getting more absurd as we move along." He would know. he's just about the most absurd person in the room and is trying to hard to make the back and forth of the hearings absurd, he's just p.o.'d that Roberts hasn't bitten and isn't being rattled by them. I think he's also put off, like the rest of them, that Roberts isn't impressed or in awe if them as precious U.S. Senators. He doesn't care. :) And THAT really pisses liberals off when you don't bow to their Senatorialness. 8)

LOL! Saddened AND embarrassed I hope. I have truly never winessed such a display of all around bad behavior by democrats. Not one saving face. ALL have been ugly. I guess I'd have to say Feinstein has been the least rude.

Got one of the Yellow birds that sits on the edge of a glass and bobs up and down. When Schumer started talking. The bird started bobbing so fast that it fell into the glasses (good way to not hear what was being said.) When Judge Roberts started putting Schumer in his place. Dammm! the bird jumped back on the edge of the glass and agreed with every word Judge Roberts was saying. Judge Roberts knows who the Foxes in the hen house are and what to do with them. I think the vote will be For 11 - Against 7. I think Feinstein (D-CA) will vote for Judge Roberts.

A memo promised yesterday by Turbin. We are speculating it has to do with BJU. It's the memo Turbin said was in Roberts's handwriting, and that he was going to give Roberts a lookie/see at it before today's hearing.

the JC does NOT require a signatories military to offer ANY QUARTER to ununiformed combatants who are not fighting under a flag, and who are intentionally dressing as civilians attacking the military from cover and attacking civilians, and they're even called terrorists in the JC, and that they can be shot on sight and no expectation of capture and POW status should be expected. So please lets start REALLY obeying hte JC's
Yep, but apparently this is different because its a religion of Peace or since there are 185 lawyers working for 185 terrorist in gitmo... maybe we should call it a religion of lawyers.
