The eviction of Istraelis from Gaza reminds me of the pogroms and purges of Russia and Germany.

Yeah, it reminded me of a pogrom too. A mild one, but a pogrom nonetheless. Pulling Jews from their homes to put them in a ghetto behind a wall. Maybe I'm stretching it a little, Eretz Israel isn't a ghetto, but hey, the liberals play the "tantamount" game all the time, turnabout's fair play.

Jerusalem can't be partitioned, period. Having just come back from there and seeing the old partition and being told what used to happen, forget it.
Somehow some way the Palestinians are going to have to be made to understand the deal they have right now is the end of the road. As I see it this is going to be very ugly because they only understand brute force.

“I thank all our people and everyone who assisted us, including Israeli peace forces, allied countries, Arab countries…I thank the martyrs, headed by the greatest martyr, Yasser Arafat,” Abbas said.

Hey Abbas...death as a result of bad meat in the can is not martyrdom.

"The withdrawal of the occupation army and the settlers from the Gaza Strip doesn't mean in any way that occupation has come to an end," Abbas said.

"Today Gaza, tomorrow the West Bank and Jerusalem,” he said.

I know but, would he be successful?

If the Palis were Americans, they would be democrats. You will never be able to give enough to them.

Well let's face it, the Palis/Islamist's idea of Martyrdom isn't Martyrdom. It's Murderdom.

Figures. A Munich was forced, and just like the Munich of 1938, the bad guys weren't satisfied. In both cases, the appetite of the bad guys was increased. Now the Amalekstinians are talking again about grabbing Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria. Just like the other bad guys some 65-70 years ago, even if they were given the whole planet earth, they'd howl that it wasn't enough, they'd also want the moon as well.

A single word sums up the constant refrain of the Amalekstinians - "GIMME!"
