Well since that is all I want out of the judicial branch, I'm utterly failing to see why this philosophy disqualifies Roberts. We don't need the Supreme Court to run around overturning 99% of the U.S. Code; we just need them to get the hell out of the way.

Read this mornings paper, they are. The leftist Kennedy already congratulated him on his confirmation. So did Durbin.

Time will tell. But this I will say, anyone who says that decisions which are wrongly decided but should be allowed to stand if challenged, is an imbecile or just wants power. Either one is a problem.
