Text of report by Udo Ulfkotte entitled "Security circles: Indications of a third London terror cell", published by German news agency ddp on 12 September
September 12, 2005 --Frankfurt am Main: There are indications that the Al-Qa'idah terror organization has an intact network operating in the Balkans. Sources within the Federal Intelligence Service (BND) intimate that both the Madrid terrorists, and some of those who perpetrated the London bombings, had "contacts with Bosnia". These sources told ddp news agency that European intelligence services had "vague indications that another terror cell controlled from Bosnia is preparing a new attack on London".
Not only are the Al-Qa'idah terror group's structures in the Middle East being kept under observation by the intelligence services; but the situation in the Balkans as a whole also "gives cause for concern".
The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, is also described as "a hotbed" of violent extremists. The "Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Kosovo" are said to be "a dangerous breeding-ground, presently under scarcely any observation, for Islamist terrorists". Muslims from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain are reportedly travelling there to be "fanaticized".
Western security circles report that two young Muslims accidentally blew themselves up in Kosovo recently, when they were trying to test a mobile phone converted into a remote-controlled bomb. The men were said to have been attending a seminar organized by the Revival of Islamic Heritage, which had cooperated in the past with the Afghan Support Committee founded by Usamah Bin-Ladin.
In addition, though the Al Haramain Foundation, accused by the US government of funding terror groups, has been closed down, an organization calling itself Vazir and purportedly dedicated to sport, culture and education is reportedly still operating there. Many such foundations are said to be once again serving as "camouflage for the indoctrination and training of terrorists". Though the mujahidin groups' former training camps in Bosnia have been closed down, military training still continues there, under the guise of "youth camps or sports courses", according to BND circles.
One of the most well-known mujahidin leaders in the Balkans, Abdelkader Mokhtari, also known by the name of Abu El-Maali [names as published], who was said to be implicated in a failed bomb attack on US soldiers in Germany at the end of the 1990s, has now reportedly returned to Bosnia, and to have found a safe bolthole there. The degree to which the Balkans, and particularly Bosnia and Kosovo, have now reverted into travel destinations for Islamist extremists from western Europe is regarded as striking. The case of an incorrupt Serbian policeman, who in June arrested 22-year-old Moroccan Abdelmajid Bouchar [name as published], who was wanted in connection with the March 2004 bomb attacks on Madrid, is cited as an exception.

Hoplite, you are a waste of my time.....:) However, I can see that you were a busy boy even back to 2000. Some of your posts could almost be copy and pasted since then. The only disinfo person is you. I do however, appreciate the link to that article. It's right on target.........
http://www.sky.com/skynews/video/videoplayer/0,,91134-bosnia_p3705,00.html
Lately, you have exhibited extreme gross intellectual incompetence by providing exceptionally deceptive information that is designed to give poorly structured disinformation to those who don't know the truth. You seem to be pro-Clinton, Albright policies that pertain to the Balkans. Or, you belong to some misguided association that is also linked to Clark. In other words you are "der boy on the FR". I will admit, the Balkan strategy was well crafted and designed to last, even down to a pro-Independence lobbying group in D.C.....amazing....
Granted the missiles might have been going to Afghanistan, however, the issue was that missiles were in the Balkans, period and supports the info I received that they were being brought into Kosovo this same time period. The missiles I was speaking of was much later and after 2001 entering the Balkans to be used against the IC. As I can only state what I had heard from the sources I mentioned. Something could of been lost in the translation there, as to the actual origin of the Stingers. Either way, they were reportedly being sent to Kosovo for use against the IC. Apparently, the threat was handled.
Don't know if you ever saw these....my favorites..../sarc

"the missiles"
No, Tom, not "the missiles", as "the missiles" from Afghanistan you're trying to conjure up are Stingers, whereas "the missiles" from the Balkans would have been ex-Yugoslav or Albanian Strela variants.
Completely different things, aren't they?
That's a rhetorical question, Tom - the answer is "Yes", but the ability to arrive at said conclusion requires a mental ability at least on par with a chimp, and you're so far out to lunch that even this most basic of distinctions has escaped your feeble mental grasp.
Lately, you have exhibited extreme gross intellectual incompetence by providing exceptionally deceptive information that is designed to give poorly structured disinformation to those who don't know the truth.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Nice own goal, sport.
Sorry, but I can't open these. What is the gist of them?

Albanian police have seized three shoulder-held anti-aircraft missiles and arrested four people accused of smuggling the weapons from Montenegro and attempting to send them to Macedonia, police said today.
The Yugoslav-made Strela 2M shoulder-fired missiles, akin to U S Stinger missiles, came from the stock of the Yugoslav army and had been bought for 100,000 euros in Bosnia.

Rebels spend drug millions on guns
Arms trade experts who have followed some of the deals say up to 20 SA-18 and SA-7 shoulder-held anti-aircraft missile systems are among the weapons.
The missiles could tip the balance of the dormant conflict in Macedonia by giving rebels the ability to shoot down the Mi-24 Hind helicopter gunships and Sukhoi Su-25 ground attack jets bought from the Ukraine by the Macedonian forces.
Try to get your head together and then re-read post #51.
Not good for one's peace of mind! Besides, Turkey, Palestine, and Syria (never mind most of North America) are probably included in the grandiose concept of "The Greater Albania" which apparently includes every country on the planet where an Albanian was contemplating GTA (grand theft, auto), starting a brothel, or taking over heroin distribution.
the gist is basically that the children are being brainwashed to hate.

3½-Year-old Egyptian Basmallah: Jews Are Apes and Pigs (Archival Material)
Following are excerpts from an interview with three-and-a-half year old Egyptian girl, Basmallah, broadcast on Iqra TV on May 7, 2002.
Interviewer Duaa Amer: Our report today will be a little different, because our guest will be a girl, a Muslim girl, but a true Muslim. Allah willing, may God give us the strength to give our children the same education, so that the next generation of children will all be true Muslims who know that they are Muslims and know who their enemies are. This child will now introduce herself. She's the daughter of a sister in Islam, Hueida, and of the artist Wagdi Al-Arabi. Her name is Basmallah, and I will ask her too.
Peace be upon you.
Basmallah: Allah's mercy and blessings upon you.
Amer: What's your name?
Basmallah: Basmallah.
Amer: How old are you, Basmallah?
Basmallah: Three and a half.
Amer: Are you a Muslim?
Basmallah: Yes.
Amer: Basmallah, do you know the Jews?
Basmallah: Yes
Amer: Do you like them?
Basmallah: No.
Amer: Why don't you like them?
Basmallah: Because.
Amer: Because they are what?
Basmallah: They are apes and pigs.
Amer: Because they are apes and pigs. Who said that about them?
Basmallah: Our God.
Amer: Where did he say that about them?
Basmallah: In the Koran.
Amer: He said this about them in the Koran. That's right. Basmallah, what do the Jews do?
Basmallah: What?
Amer: What do they do?
Basmallah: The Pepsi company.
Amer: So you know about the boycott too, Basmallah?
Basmallah: Yes.
Amer: Did they love our Prophet Muhammad?
Basmallah: No.
Amer: What did the Jews do to him?
Basmallah: He killed someone...
Amer: Of course, our Prophet Muhammad was strong and could kill them. OK, do you know traditions about what the Jews did to our Prophet Muhammad? Is there a story you know?
Basmallah: Yes.
Amer: Which one?
Basmallah: The one about the Jewish woman.
Amer: What did the Jewish woman do to our Prophet Muhammad?
Basmallah: The Jewish woman?
Amer: Yes.
Basmallah: She invited the Prophet and his companions. When he asked her if she had put poison in his food, she said "yes". He asked her: "Why did you do this?" She replied: "If you are a liar, you will die, and Allah will not protect you. But if you speak the truth, Allah will protect you."
Amer: And God protected the Prophet, of course.
Basmallah: And he said to his companions: "I will kill this woman."
Amer: Of course. She put poison in his food, this Jewess.
[...]
Amer: Basmallah, Allah be praised. May our God bless her. No one could wish for a more devout girl. May God bless her and her parents. The next generation of children must be true Muslims, Allah willing. We must educate them while they are still children to be true Muslims.
You have me at a disadvantage today, I don't have the time to structure this for your understanding. My assertion was that stingers came from Afghanistan to the Balkans. Their origin can only be assumed. The word, "Stingers" was used in the meetings and were going to be used in Kosovo against the IC. More links....
"the missiles" from Afghanistan are Stingers, whereas "the missiles" from the Balkans would have been ex-Yugoslav or Albanian Strela variants. Whether they were being sent from Afghanistan or Stingers from Bosnian that they (Muslims against Serbs type) were supplied to the Rebels by the U.S. and they were now going to be used against the IC back in 2003 timeframe. In other words we lost track of the ones we gave to the Bosnian Muslims.
http://www.srpska-mreza.com/guest/triangle/BBC-June-2001-tape.html
The Bosnian Muslim army was covertly supplied with arms by the US during the 1990s (BBC report)
"So I stopped the car there and got out and... around the corner to 'do my thing'. There was a small door and the door opened. Inside there I saw three guys sitting, and I knew them - I'd talked to them and I'd seen them and I knew they were American.
"They were looking into two boxes that were a little bit short of two metres... and since they were sitting on it, it was approximately the height of a chair - 40, 50, maybe 60 centimetres high, and maybe the same width of it. It was green, so it was not an ordinary box, it was some special kind of box.
"And one of them that was nearest me, jumped up and smashed the door in and locked it!"
"[...] I knew these guys. [...] I was very confused about why they did that to me."
Six years after the incident, this man still fears for his safety.
BRDJANOVIC: "They were big packages and inside there were boxes on which it was written "US Army" and also unmarked boxes [...] Mainly grey, although there was some green."
The boxes contained valuable "Stinger" ground-to-air missiles and anti-tank guided weapons to be used against the superior armour of the Bosnian Serb Army.
Brdjanovic also told us that this man was involved in arranging the covert supply of weapons from Iran. He was the Bosnian Military Attache in the Turkish capital of Ankara.
Hoplite, I found one of your Muslim buddies trying to get his head together...This is how I view you sometimes when you don't get your way.........exactly.
http://www.glumbert.com/media/rave.html
I have you at a disadvantage every day.
Which is why you're huffing and puffing about Brdjanovic's remote sensing abilities (He can see into closed boxes!) in Bosnia and trying to give yourself some wriggle room in regards to what the Albanians are supposed to have.
If the Albanians don't have actual Afghan Stingers, the whole topic doesn't do you any good, as it doesn't serve to establish a link to Osama's late Afghan base of operations.
Get it?
Duh.
So let's review: There is no proof that the Albanians have ever gotten their hands on an Afghan Stinger. Your best bet would have been Florin Krasniqi, who went to Pakistan of his own accord and looked at some arms bazaar Stingers and knock-offs.
But, alas, he decided they were crap, and didn't buy any.
Sorry.
Hoplite,
My only disadvantage is that I don't sit at the computer all day like you can, and lie all day. I have other endeavors.
I know for a fact you are wrong. Just the fact that it was mentioned in a Bondsteel meeting that I attended and secondly, I personally conducted an interview with the person that actually conducted the interview of the Albanian extremists in the brig, is good enough.
Your belief or disbelief means absolutely nothing as you are nowhere near an authority or credible source of information. You are just a person that is either paid to be a bother, or some fanatic belonging to some agency, association, or you are just some little man that does this for fun because he's bored with his unimportant and insignficant life.
Either way your comments or evaluations of my posts and of others that tell the truth, is of little signficance.
Even if the Stingers were too old or inoperative is not signficant as the information that they were being being sent from Afghan to Bosnia, Kosovo or Macedonia was the issue.
For your benefit.....
Landmines, Aging Missles Pose Threat
By Thomas E. Ricks
Washington Post Staff Writer

http://www.banminesusa.org/news/983_afghan/983_9_25.htm
"Afghanistan's ruling Taliban militia still possesses dozens of Stinger anti- aircraft missiles left from the 1979-1989 war against the Soviet Union, but Pentagon officials and other defense experts say an estimated 10 million land mines buried during the Soviet occupation would pose an even greater threat to U.S. forces.
"They are going to be a tremendous worry," far more than the Stingers, said retired Marine colonel Edward Badolato, who helped manage the clearance of mines and other explosives from Kuwait after the 1991 Persian Gulf War. The United States provided about 1,000 Stingers to Afghan rebels fighting the Soviet Union during the 1980s, and an estimated 100 to 200 are believed to remain in Afghanistan. The Stinger, a shoulder-fired guided anti- aircraft missile, can hit aircraft flying as high as 10,000 feet with a heat- seeking high-explosive warhead."
http://www.hinduonnet.com/2001/09/02/stories/0502134e.htm
"According to the respected defence weekly, Jane's, Albanian rebels possess around 8,000 arms including assault rifles, machine guns, grenades, mortar and rocket launchers and an estimated 50 Stinger missiles (that wreaked havoc on Soviet troops in Afghanistan)."
No but stingers were there and were going to be used by NLA and later against KFOR.........as I said, Stingers were in Kosovo.
Pictures, I don't know......My first hand knowledge comes from two incidents. The existence of the stingers was eluded to by the American KFOR in one of the meetings I attended every week.
The second incident was a personal interview I conducted with the lie detector tech. that gained the same info from Albanian terrorist......Then, the rest was from research of numerous articles as I have attached in previous posts. It also tracks with the information from UN, KFOR and other informal sources that MPRI was in Macedonia with the NLA......when they started training and operations in 2000-2001....
Oh, yeah, one more thing - we know for a fact that Saddam actually had CBW at one point, so your position is even weaker than theirs was.
And what did I tell you about that helicopter pilot story? Quit embarrassing yourself by repeating it.
