Text of report by Udo Ulfkotte entitled "Security circles: Indications of a third London terror cell", published by German news agency ddp on 12 September
September 12, 2005 --Frankfurt am Main: There are indications that the Al-Qa'idah terror organization has an intact network operating in the Balkans. Sources within the Federal Intelligence Service (BND) intimate that both the Madrid terrorists, and some of those who perpetrated the London bombings, had "contacts with Bosnia". These sources told ddp news agency that European intelligence services had "vague indications that another terror cell controlled from Bosnia is preparing a new attack on London".
Not only are the Al-Qa'idah terror group's structures in the Middle East being kept under observation by the intelligence services; but the situation in the Balkans as a whole also "gives cause for concern".
The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, is also described as "a hotbed" of violent extremists. The "Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Kosovo" are said to be "a dangerous breeding-ground, presently under scarcely any observation, for Islamist terrorists". Muslims from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain are reportedly travelling there to be "fanaticized".
Western security circles report that two young Muslims accidentally blew themselves up in Kosovo recently, when they were trying to test a mobile phone converted into a remote-controlled bomb. The men were said to have been attending a seminar organized by the Revival of Islamic Heritage, which had cooperated in the past with the Afghan Support Committee founded by Usamah Bin-Ladin.
In addition, though the Al Haramain Foundation, accused by the US government of funding terror groups, has been closed down, an organization calling itself Vazir and purportedly dedicated to sport, culture and education is reportedly still operating there. Many such foundations are said to be once again serving as "camouflage for the indoctrination and training of terrorists". Though the mujahidin groups' former training camps in Bosnia have been closed down, military training still continues there, under the guise of "youth camps or sports courses", according to BND circles.
One of the most well-known mujahidin leaders in the Balkans, Abdelkader Mokhtari, also known by the name of Abu El-Maali [names as published], who was said to be implicated in a failed bomb attack on US soldiers in Germany at the end of the 1990s, has now reportedly returned to Bosnia, and to have found a safe bolthole there. The degree to which the Balkans, and particularly Bosnia and Kosovo, have now reverted into travel destinations for Islamist extremists from western Europe is regarded as striking. The case of an incorrupt Serbian policeman, who in June arrested 22-year-old Moroccan Abdelmajid Bouchar [name as published], who was wanted in connection with the March 2004 bomb attacks on Madrid, is cited as an exception.

Hopeless, you aren't following your own advice. I've given you logic, and in following the basic routine, you use weak verbal attacks, characteric of someone without an argument or any basic facts. Look at your posts. Not one single shread of argument or fact to work from. Your only argument is to counter my evidence, with empty verbage. Amazing that you don't see it. It's really sad.......
It's not possible for us to push the bar low enough for you to reach it, pancake-boy.
The United States for many reasons, most of them bad, has clearly chosen to be on the side of the Muslim Bosnians and Albanians ... and even worse ... we took NATO with us.
The Saudis bankrolled a massive PR Campaign, run by Ruder and Finn, to convince the world ... especially us...that the Muslims were the victims, even as they continue to rape, burn monasteries and churches to the ground, desecrate christian burial grounds, and terrorize ALL non-Muslim inhabitants in the territories they control, especially Kosovo. But the truth will, eventually, out. Bosnia, and their historic hitmen in the cause of Turkey and Islam, the Albanians, are major factor in world terrorism.
World press reports aside, the Serbs have suffered the most in this tragedy, being overun with refugees from Croatia, Bosnia, and Kosovo. These people whose story is untold, and will probably always remain so, are survivors of brutal massacres and campaigns of murderous persecution. The Serbs have lost Kosovo. They were brutally bombed, losing the best infrastructure in the whole region, and while suffering few military casualties, suffered the loss of civilian lives at the hands of a frustrated NATO.
The trouble is that the side that is unquestionably more morally worthy, even if not by much, i.e., The Serbs, always rightly claim that keeping the European Muslims under control is a dirty job. No excuse. They did it in a dirty way, and they got caught by hypocrites.
That Ruder and Finn's masterly campaign of disinformation actually worked is easily enough proven. The Albanians and Bosnians are no dummies ... just like Arafat used to do ... they have one line for the Muslim world and another for the gullible left-wing press of europe and the US.
The Bosnians especially are smart enough to run a two-track government ... one all pious protestation ... the other a down and dirty jihad support unit.
Our problem: There are surely no angels in the Balkans. But the Bosnians and their feral hitmen, the Albanians, are sure enough devils.
My, you didn't tell me that in January 2002 you knew about the missiles. You tend to leave out key information. Also, Destro told me to tell you hi...:)

"One Arabic language article describes how in 1999 bin Laden received Russian anti-aircraft rockets from Bulgaria and how the rockets were smuggled through Pakistan with the help from 'Albanian separatists who are fighting in southern Serbia'."
The Bosnians were the brains of the Turkish outfit, the feral Albanians, many of whom also turned apostate, were (those that didn't flee) did the dirty work among the South Slavs.
Guess some things never change. I guess the Turks have their own version of Aztlán, planning on a Muslim reconquest of Balkan Europe.
Learn how to read, Tom.
uh, hmmmmmm? let's see, this is 2005. So, 2002 is before 2005. We discussed the missiles in 2005 and you discussed the missiles in 2002 with others, yet you didn't mention that this was also brought up then, and confirmed once again in 2005. So, is this clear as mud for you....:)))
You must have gotten paid more back then, since you wrote more. Did the DOS or Imams whoever, stop paying you what you're worth.......so, now I get only a few words.....I feel cheated.
Like I said, Tom: Learn how to read.
Well, I did...and most all of your posts were completely wrong and off track. You have not hit one accurate premise or trend yet. It's very frustrating to read your posts, and realize that what you read is useless......
I assume that you are serious. You need to "bone up" on the strategy that the U.S. and UK is using to move the FRY into the New World Order.
The Islamic Fundies moved Stingers to the Balkans in order to deal with the Serbians and later the UN/'KFOR forces.
Yes, they are old, but their means of resistance has always been that way.....
"probably be useless today"????? You really want to measure this threat with a probably?? I don't think so.....
No, they are now focusing on the U.S. and the Balkans to organize another "French riots"........Most of you people do not understand the true agenda of Islamic doctrine.
The stingers were shipped to the immediate threat.....the Balkans in 1999-2004.....they never got the opportunity to use them. The stingers will be more of use in the Balkans when the Jihad makes the lame excuses for more riots........
The stingers were not useless when they were smuggled. Given the life expectancy of a stinger, let's forget the long term..focus on the immediate...
The Jihad will be soon and ready for war.....
They would ship stingers and helo's in order to Macedonia to deal with the NLA......
Tom
No, they are keeping a low profile due to using the Balkans as a planning locale. Also, the stingers were discovered by KFOR using a lie detector test on Albanian terrorist.
They didn't use the stingers against the Serbs because they didn't need to. U.S. and NATO forces did the job for them. They were going to use the stingers against NATO forces for future ops........The problem for them is that Islam is not catching hold in the Balkans yet.....Imams build their power base first......They don't have the power base established in the Balkans. That is the reason there weren't any riots. Glad you brought that up. If there was a power base, then the riots would of happened.
They are not even close to establishing the same power base they have in Denmark, and other European countries.
I lost my train of thought for that post.....The stingers would of been used against Serbian forces early on. However, the stingers brought in later on that we were told about were being stored for possible use against NATO forces...but it never happened. The reason, I can only surmise that they were discovered due to the investigations........or, as I said before the support base in the Balkans is not sufficient yet to support terrorist operations. There is also a curious relationship between U.S. and NATO intell. with the Islamist in the Balkans. NATO was working with them from the beginning...........

Then what other excuse, besides gross intellectual incompetence, can I possibly owe the pleasure of your referencing me back to that thread to?
Seriously - what was the reason for post #85 and saying that I "knew about the missiles" when a cursory review of the referenced thread shows it's about missiles going from the Balkans to Afghanistan, which is exactly what I was talking about in post #47?
