Kennedy -- civil rights
Leahy -- Bybee torture memo
Biden -- privacy, personal autonomyand the 9th Amendment
Kohl -- Property rights and civil liberties
Feinstein -- "judicial activism" and Roe vs. Wade
Feingold -- limits of executive powers
Schumer and Durbin have wisely refused to show their hand.

Naw, I'm at a place where TV definitley takes a back seat to all the other fun activities that are going on.
Just checking in, and the FReepers are doing their usual fine job on the live thread.
How many more days of questions are anticipated though? Anybody know?
Anything free?
Maybe you are...lol.
She's not bad looking. At least she's aging gracefully.
Dude... Are you kidding me?
Feinstein? Attractive?
Did she ask about gun running? Thats her husbands business btw.
Looking. Thought I had it on my HD. No luck so far.
Note: Please. Obligatory personal attacks aren't necessary. If I find it, I find it.
All of the Dims have left the panel.
This is great. They can dish it out but they sure as heck can't take it.
I wonder if this line of questioning by Sessions on appeallate courts is laying the foundation for defending Robert's statement in opinion that Roe was perhaps decided on inaccurate info, or whatever he specifically said.
That he is.
Roberts look as though he's enjoying this discussion with Sessions.
I love Sessions! He is the ONLY Senator, if Bush should so choose, I'd accept nominated to the Supremes.
Too true, but they hate being corrected...lol.
cspan on line.
Easy there fella...lets wait to see how he casts his pole.
Fienstein? Yes. You are in the minority I would think.
Sadly, many younger freepers have no idea what we're talking about. Regrettably, I have an older daughter in her twenties who thinks that winter white is legitimate. It's very painful, but I think there is no cure for this condition. I blame myself. I let the Spiegel catalog into the house.
Am I the only one who hates her politics but think she's an attractive woman (before she opens her mouth)?
Yes, you're the only one! LOL
Then again I've had to look at her for way too many years, since I live in San Francisco!!
Over my paygrade, but you might be right. I do think, however, that Roberts will make certain he gives them NOTHING regarding Roe v Wade.
Not a dude and am series. She must have been a looker in her prime, IMHO. I qualified my remark by adding she's attractive EXCEPT when she opens her mouth.
That's a very hard question if we don't know exactly where you live.
In Washington, DC CSPAN-1 is on 90.1 FM.
I bet the CSPAN web site has a listing of stations for every market they are in.
