The liberal incompetent protecting the liberal incompetent. It is never their fault, never accept responsibility -- ALWAYS blaming someone else for their gross criminal neglect and incompetence.

Ummm, yeah.
That explains why the Dems have no problem busing so many urban poor to polling places (sometimes, reportedly, to multiple polling places) in a SINGLE DAY.
Even Monica wouldn't swallow THIS !!!

I like when she danced the sidestep on why the Governor didn't send in the National Guard.
Landrieu sang a tune about how wonderful the Guard is, but never answered the question.

"In other words, this administration did not believe in mass transit. They won't even get people to work on a sunny day, let alone getting them out."
We can't let up just because she's a crazy woman.

This is why I'm wary of the national purse being ransacked to rebuild New Orleans right where is is. Imagine the "Big Dig" to the nth power.

I don't think she answered a single one of Chris' questions. She spouted off her talking points and smirked the whole time.
Vitter actually seemed embarrased.
Probably the only time I've actually laughed through a news show.

"this federal government won't support cities to evacuate people, whether it's from earthquakes, tornadoes, or hurricanes. And that's the truth."It amazes me that someone actually voted for this twit for the US Senate. The public schools really suck.

Landrieu blamed Bush administration cuts in mass transit funding...and Nagin apparently said on Meet the Press that he couldn't use the buses because he didn't have enough drivers - couldn't get any of those political hacks on the city payroll to get out and actually do something for the city in an emergency, apparently - Landrieu and the mayor should get together to get their stories straight......

This Senator is personally liable as a Senator from Louisana for failure to get federal appropriations to improve the levies. That is the purpose of a Senator to wheel and deal to get the necessary funds for her state. She is the failure. She blames Bush and it is called "projection", accucing someone else of the thing you know you are guilty of yourself.

I'm having a bit of a problem here. How exactly is their lack of a work ethic Bush's fault?
