Those clowns are going to try to get the French Quarter up and running....the whole economy is based on drunks.... I was reading in Barrons how whole law firms have lost people who are in New England looking for work. Most of the high paying jobs are leaving, including the largest employer, Entergy, which moved to Jackson Mississippi.
