These ghouls should be told that there are people out there that may very much like to find a picture of one their loved ones someday that is less than flattering. It may very well end up on the Internet.

If the dead person doesn't authorize photographs of his dead body, then it should never be permitted.

I say let 'em go. But they better go UNESCORTED and should get NO help from the feds, as if on a fishing expedition. And if they run into trouble - screw 'em. Make them sign waivers understanding what they are about to do is hazardous.
I think the same way for Iraq. The embeds *were* a good idea but the press kept clamoring to go where they wanted.
Fine, let 'em go. On their own and unescorted.

There are a few cable shows on Discovery & A&E that show dead bodies. I think there are some shows about autopsy's. So, I don't think this will be a first.

"He also studied Vietnamese at the University of Hanoi."
Interesting.. wonder if he met Kerry there.
This whole this is grossly sick. Is there really any limit to the depths of their depravity and wickedness.. are country suffers directly because of their greed and immorality.

This is one time I hope the lawyers get some good business. Victim's families should sue for emotional distress and other related illnesses caused by viewing their family members in the media. Multimillion dollar lawsuits might encourage common decency.
If this is okay, besides showing all of the 9/11 footage on a regular basis, abortions should be televised.

The order may not call for the police or NG to provide reporters with transportation, such as embeds in Iraq. They should be on their own with their own assets , security, etc.
There should be no obligation of the rescuers to the reporters.

Some reporter will undoubtedly put a placard across the chest of some poor flood victim that says, "Bush clowned, I drowned".

As a general rule, those that are shown on documentaries have signed a waiver (while they were alive), for their remains to be used for research. Ever see Discovery do a documentary where they stated that there was a political reason for the disease or death?

All they have to do is examine Demo voter registration lists --- many of them are dead (died 5-20 years ago...).

lol - as soon as I hit the post button, I saw my typo. It should have been HIPAA - Teddy Kennedy's health care budget buster intended to protect patient privacy.
Give me a holler when Teddy decries the CNN corpse-a-thon coverage.

Lessons learned.......money talks, BS walks......I signed up 12 new people this week for the NRA and Texas State Rifle Association (TSRA). The more crap these idiots pull this week only serves to shear the sheeple of the wool pulled over their eyes for so long......get a firearm, learn to use it and be prepared to use it .....against enemies foreign and domestic.
