The Most OFFENSIVE Political Cartoon Ever
Rome News Tribune ^ | 9/8/05 | Mike Lester

Posted on 09/08/2005 9:55:12 PM PDT by ProtectOurFreedom

Almost all political cartoons hack me off because of their liberal bias. But this one in today's Mercury News sank to the lowest of lows. It is so vile that it makes me ill. Have these people no shame? How can they live with themselves? How can anybody possibly have so much hatred for their country and President?

"How can anybody possibly have so much hatred for their country and President?"

Easy.

They're caring, compassionate liberals.

Hate is par for the course.

Hatred? You're being too kind.

It's about pure power politics and money.

The "victims" are secondary. Follow the money.

Lighten up! It's a caricature of the left's interpretation of the events in NO.

I think it is actually mocking the left and their distorted view. :)

Folks, take a close look at the woman's purse.

It's marked "The Left."

This cartoon is lampooning THE LEFT, not the President...

As a mild struggling political cartoonist myself, I can say that that is pretty lame.

If anyone's interested, I'll be posting my third on-line FReeptoon here tomorrow. Let's hope this one gets more response than the last one.

To poster.

I don't see its that way, I see to polar (in this case one is bi polar) opposites.

Good/content vs Race Baiter.

Perhaps I am missing something....

I think you've got it backwards.

The woman is labeled "the left." It looks like a slam on the people on the left who look at a fleet of helicopters rescuing people from rooftops and call it a genocide against poor blacks.

I think it describes the "glass is 1/2 empty" attude of the left very well. Only a leftist looney would see that.
