Just caught this at the end...Pelosi was being interview live on CNN, and she was spewing about the Bush failures..The CNN anchor was asking a few tough questions, interupting Pelosi, not letting the wild charges be go unchallenged, when Pelois, obviously annoyed, said "Well, why don't you quit your job ( at CNN) and got to work for the Bush White House?"
The voters in Pelosi's district willnever vote her out. In that district, the only way Pelosi would lose is if Hugo Chavez ran against her.
Hillary didn't do herself any favors yesterday when she suggested we needed to raise taxes now because of the disaster.
RTahm Emmanuel is a little dangerous. Even when he's talking crap he sounds like he's making sense. Pelosi is a joke. A cartoon.

FNC deserves to lose ratings, I have come to the conclusion that with the exception of Brit Hume, they are pretty much useless.
I've met him in person. He's very smart and personable, and skilled at speaking off the cuff. He would be quite formidable - luckily he can never run for President.
Since Fox has become the missing person/murdered wife/celebrity in trouble network and is barely watchable anymore, could CNN actually be smart enough and they are trying and fill the niche?

I do agree with you that the 'bloggers' are really cutting into the Liberal underpinnings. No longer can something be thrown out there as truth without someone else refuting it with solid proof. (in 30 seconds no less) And it's good seeing news anchors getting into the "Gee, aren't you being hysterical here" mode.
I'm seeing it all over the net. Libs will go balistic on sites, and you'll have calmer voices showing them the error of their ways. And it's funny, because you can tell the libs don't understand logical debate. Lots of capitals, !!!! and Michael Moore Said it Was TRUE!
As for Fox and CNN....its like the Pepsi and Coke thing. I prefer Pepsi, but I know it needs Coke to keep its edge. So things ebb and flow ;) but still are the same at the end of the day.
BTW, Dan Abrams went out with the NOLA police yesterday and they arrested looters taking jewelry and arrested them; then were told let them go. Hour later same guys back in same neighborhood lootingl officers beside themselves over it. Dan interviews the police captain. Guy has both oars in the water, unlike the Chief. As usual the most incompetent rise to the higest levels. The captain should be chief and chief should be a low level desk sargent.
