God Bless you and your family.
Chris,
HOOAH! Your experience is a poignant reminder of the reasons why we are at war....about 3000 to be exact. I was in the intitial fighting in Operation Iraqi Freedom. There is no doubt in my military mind that hitting back against the Islamofascist bastards responsible for the 9/11 carnage whether in Iraq or Afghanistan, is a damned good start. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Your Dad was very brave. Rest assured that the Taliban and al Qadea are paying the price for their atrocities. We won't forget.

Thank you SOO much - it is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. It is going to help build the memorials in Shanksville and Monmouth Cty, NJ - to ensure that we NEVER FROGET!
God Bless you for you generosity.

Thanx for the ping, Coop.
Thank you Chris.
My sincerest condolences to you and your family.
I hadn't heard about the documentary, but I'll be sure to tell others.
I believe the footage was minimal...but I seem to recall there was a picture of him there during some narration.
There may be more but I just don't remember it. A lot of it was still a blur due to the emotions felt during the viewing.
Sorry buddy - I just don't recall.
-Chris
Chris, thank you for sharing with us. My prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time of remembering.
We will NEVER FORGET the great sacrifice of so many.
Pardon my ignorance, but what's the connection to Monmouth County? Is that where the airport is?
pong
Never forget - freedom isn't free.
God be with you and comfort you...
NEVER FORGET
null and void said it well:
"I'm damm proud of your dad and his fellow passengers.
Because of them, who knows how many thousands got another chance to hug their kids that evening?
Because of them, no one will ever again succeed in hijacking an airliner.
Because of them, the islamofacists have learned that Americans, even randomly selected untrained and unprepared Americans, are more than up to stomping their best into a mud hole, and stomping the mud hole dry.
Because of them, they have been afraid to attack us at home ever since.
It was one of America's finest hours. A shining beacon on our darkest day.
As Patriot Hooligan said:
Thank you for letting us borrow your Father."
I retrieved my kids from school that morning, Chris. The oldest, beginning his sophomore year. He was very upset with me for removing him. The two younger ones were glad : ) Days before the 3rd anniversary my dear son signed an oath to your dad and all who fought or felt helpless that day.
God bless you, and give you peace.
G-D bless you and give you Strength
God bless you and your family. (Marking my calendar for 9pm on 9/11.)
Thanks Chris. Thanks for the ping Patty.
We'll tune in and give thanks for people like your dad.
I've thouth about going there, but I'm not sure I could handle it.
NEVER FORGET!
