Are they linking this to their FDIC accounts?

Actually giving people the ability to make their own choices for aid is a good idea.

A local man here in S.D. has been picking up victims in private jets, bringing them here, taking them to Wal-Mart and then checking them into hotels until some decision is made about whether they can ever reinhabit New Orleans. Two plane-fulls so far, they're expecting 600 families. I guess this isn't much different, except they won't have a "minder" who might frown upon a new TV as a purchase.

These are the same people not capable of "choosing" to get out of the way of a hurricane...

I don't want my hard earned tax money to be given away like that. Oh, wait- it already is. Scratch that.
