53-year-old Carl Harrison has a history of brutally raping girls and women.
Parole officers from the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice are warning the public about Carl Wayne Harrison, a predatory sex offender who has refused to report to his parole officer.
Anyone with information about his location is urged to contact police immediately.
Harrison has a history of brutally raping girls and women. He uses manipulation, threats and violence during the commission of his assaults and displays little remorse.
His first conviction occurred in 1976 when he attacked a 14 year old girl in a bathroom in a Portland city park.
In 1977, Harrison absconded from a jail work release crew and brutally raped a woman in her home. The assault lasted multiple hours and his victim required reconstructive surgery to her face and sexual organs.
Less than a year after his release on parole in 1983, Harrison lured a fifteen year old acquaintance to a remote spot on Sauvie Island and raped and sodomized her.
Harrison is 53 years old. He has blue eyes and brown hair. He stands 5'11" and weighs 200 pounds. He often presents himself with a helpful and friendly attitude toward his victims.
Harrison has not been seen since Tuesday, August 30, 2005. Harrison was reportedly in a park in NE Portland as recently as yesterday.
His most recent address is: 225 NW Couch, in Portland. He does not have a vehicle. He has family members in the Portland area who live in SE Portland and in Gresham.

I want to know the names of the people on the parole board that let this animal out. They should go to prison themselves for unleashing this disgusting piece of filth on to society, once again. When are the people of this country going to start holding these stupid so called officials accountable? This makes my blood boil!
