I don't like that hairdo on Condi. It really drags her face down. I like it better shorter up by her ears.

I agree but I think she looked so drained and tired probably had been up half the night discussing the various offers of help from around the world that had come into the State Department. She probably could not be bothered too much about her hair one would presume someone normally sorts it out before photos but she probably could not face being pulled about for the sake of a photo.
