President Bush continues to assess the catastrophic damage by air and on the ground in Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Bush spent the day meeting with search and rescue personnel, relief commanders, and displaced residents in Mobile, Biloxi, and the New Orleans area. U.S. Congress passed a $10.5 billion relief package for the hurricane ravaged areas. First Lady Laura Bush issued a press statement from an evacuation shelter in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Patient and staff evacuations continue from numerous New Orleans Hospitals. Thousands of patients are being airlifted to a field hospital at Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport for triage, staging, and transport to hospitals throughout the United States.

The U.S. Coast Guard and civilian volunteers continue to evacuate thousands of survivors from their flooded homes in New Orleans. The Army Corps of Engineers continues work to repair the damaged levees.

The nation's airlines today began an operation intended to fly up to 25,000 refugees out of New Orleans. The airlines are volunteering their aircraft and crews for the program. Long convoys loaded with relief supplies arrived throughout the day into New Orleans, while convoys of buses are moving survivors out of the city.

Several large fires are burning in the city and greater New Orleans area. Reports indicate snipers are holding down firefighters. Reports of shots fired with LEO down in the St. Bernard Parish area. Rescue operations are underway. A bus carrying NOLA evauees rolled over in Opelousa, LA.

The prize is the massive aid to rebuild the New Orleans.

These black charlatan leaders are raising holly hell so that they will eventually blackmail the federal government into giving their lackey's rich government contracts.

You can bet your last cracker that Jackson is right now scheming how he is going to get part of the pie.

Kerry and Kennedy's rip off on the big dig in Boston will pale along side the theft that is getting ready to take place in New Orleans.

As I posted earlier this is a lead up to reparations.

Jackson that sorry race baiting evil bastard is now calling for compensation for black victims of the storm.

I said after 9-11 that paying compensation would lead us into a situation where the hand out masters would be calling for your tax dollars to be redistributed to the welfare crowd.

Race baiter's and Americas dividers such as the Congressional Black Congress, NAACP and others are right now licking their chops at the Manna that is about to fall from heaven I mean your pockets.

The rats are leaving the nest and got caught out in the open. I imagine there will be a lot of them in hiding for a while but eventually they will get sick, run out of water, etc. It will be weeks or longer before they're all caught.

Thank you and Bump. They make it next to impossible to move ahead and get OFF welfare. They also rant and rave about fathers not being involved but then actively drive them out of the home.

Your comment about the welfare system being calculated to keep people on it has a distinct ring of truth.

Doesn't the welfare system also prohibit people from trying to save any money? One of the keys to getting off welfare is being able to economize, but the welfare system actively discourages that.

When is Jesse going BACK for another load of these homeless American citizens?

Has his Rainbow Coalition contributed any $$$ for these citizens' relief?

When will he be making the rounds of black churches to get them to take in, support, and find jobs for these homeless families?

YES! In PA you are not allowed to have more than $2000 in combined assets. This includes life insurance, savings/checking accounts of all adults AND children in the household. They can even make you sell your vehicle if it is worth more than $2000.

*** Has his Rainbow Coalition contributed any $$$ for these citizens' relief?***

He won't be...

He's trying to set up a situation where the money flows through HIS hands, and it sounds like officials aren't biting...
