The order should have been placed BEFORE the storm hit, when President Bush gave the evac orders. But I guess we shouldn't expect much from DUmocrats who run the state.

This creates a lot of questions, WHY wasn't this done before the Storm?? I'm sure if her ass was on the ballot and it was election day, all these people would've been bused to where they needed to go.
