TAMPA BAY, August 31, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Ten year-old Joshua Heldreth, the eldest of eight children, was arrested on Good Friday of this year for trespassing while attempting to bring a drink of water to Miss Terri Schaivo. Days later Schiavo died of intentional dehydration. In court Joshua pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 25 hours of community service and ordered to write an apology for his actions.
The boy whose arrest photo was splashed on front pages of newspapers across the nation wrote in his apology letter, "I was arrested on Good Friday for trespassing on the hospice center's property . . . Not giving Mrs. Shiavo (sic) food or water was wrong. The reason I had to go on your property was because Jesus would do the same thing. It made me sad that she was so thirsty and it made Jesus sad too. I knew she would die without water and I am called by Jesus to be a defender of the defenceless. So I had to go on your property to try to bring her a drink."
Joshua added, "I am sorry that you didn't like that and wouldn't allow me to help save her life and one day you will have to tell God why. I won't be able to help you then like I tried to help her. I will pray for you every day . . ."
LifeSiteNews.com caught up with Joshua's father Scott Heldreth today. Scott told LifeSiteNews.com he is very proud of his son. "My son has amazed me through this whole thing," said Heldreth. The proud father said it was his son's own initiative to attempt to give the starving woman a glass of water, and despite the warning of his parents that he'd be arrested, the boy insisted. "He was the one who begged us to go down, because he wanted to give her a glass of water . . . We explained that police will never let you help . . . you'll be arrested, but he went anyways."
Pro-life leader Rev. Flip Benham of Operation Save America told LifeSiteNews.com that the whole pro-life movement shares Heldreth's pride in his son. Benham recalls the reaction of Heldreth on Good Friday as he watched his son being arrested: "When that all took place Scott was weeping, this father was weeping tears of joy seeing his son not only talk the Christian talk but walk the walk."
While the apology letter has been submitted, Heldreth told LifeSiteNews.com he's not completely sure it will be accepted.

Yes, she was and court ordered. Until this is fixed it can happen to us, our families, our friends,etc.
I wish Congress would impeach one judge every year. Maybe they would be careful in their rulings if they had that hanging over their heads.
I think the two worst scandals of the Clinton and Bush administrations are Able Danger's coverup and the coverup of Terri's murder. It's all politics. People are sick of politics as usual, whether it's democrat or republican coverups.

Where's the media? Where's a Curt Weldon type leader who will pick up the major clues I have dropped here??? I've had this information since June 2005. The pieces to the puzzle fit together.
If you doubt my veracity, here's another tidbit. Michael Schiavo lined up Terri's spot at the cemetery 12 weeks before the state killed her. HINO knew three months ahead of time that the third time would be a charm.
The fix was in.

But, it's to make it look like the USDOJ was interested in Terri's civil rights. It is part of the ruse in the aftermath. They didn't realize that there would be a continuous and relentless backlash by Americans when nobody rescued Terri. TERRI HAD NO FIRST RESPONDERS. She was ordered to be murdered by a RINO swamp judge and the United States of America sanctioned it too.
I feel so sad that Terri came so close to being saved, but was not. I remember hearing at the time that there was a "tip-off" to Judge Greer, et al.

Who are "they"? What is your source for this? What is your evidence that someone named Mark Reynolds from the DHS was involved? What is your evidence that this alleged "rescue" was "cancelled" by "someone above his paygrade"?
Have you tried contacting the media yourself, instead of waiting for them to read your posts on FR? If you don't want to reveal your sources publicly, have you at least made them available to the media?
Oh, and if, in fact, you have the evidence you claim, why in the world would you be reluctant to post it? Don't you want to get the story out?
The emergency session in DC coincided with the planning of the rescue but the rescue was cancelled BEFORE Judge Whittemore's defiance of congress. (Tom Delay took note after Terri died, but he shut up after he met with the president in Texas.)
After J. Whittemore was through with his deal with the devil, Jeb Bush telegraphed to Judge Greer through the radio and tv that he was "going in to save Terri no matter what J. Greer ordered." J. Greer then increased the troop strength at Hospice Woodside, we were labeled insurgents and the streets around Hospice had roadblocks. It was all theatre. J. Greer is a Clear Channel shareholder so he could call the local radio station and control the airwaves while also controlling all law enforcement and pretending to being in a showdown with Jeb's FDLE. All theatre.
The day after Jeb said he was going in no matter what, he went on Greer's and his brother's airwaves and said "there is nothing I can do." And that's exactly what he did. Nothing.
My 897. Any similar recollections as those two weeks played out? The only other detail was that FDLE were on their way the week prior and they did a U-turn. That is also a fact. I think that was on a Wednesday.
Why do some call Greer a "swamp judge"? He is so popular down there that he could probably win the governorship himself in 2006 if he had permission to run from his cabal.
Greer is not popular. He is connected. He cheats in elections and gets away with it. If the JQC would have seriously investigated complaints that Greer was running an illegal campaign and disqualified him, Terri would be alive today. But, the JQC wouldn't lay a glove on him.
