Are there still gas leak problems? Or are the criminal looters burning the buildings where people are holed up with supplies? Third possibility; accident with makeshift cooking appliances.
There are gas leak problems. There was video earlier this morning of a flaming gas leak.

A man who was stuck because he was afraid to go to the garage that has his car...called into a program..said under normal circumstances fire is a huge worry. I think because the structures are so close together and many are wood.
Not sure if there were other issues as it relates to fire hyrdrants or whatever.
