Astonishing Exclusive From Mississippi [hundreds if not thousands dead]
Paramedic Rescue Operation | 8-31-05 | My Favorite Headache

Posted on 08/30/2005 10:10:45 PM PDT by My Favorite Headache

It is with heavy heart I write this...

I have finally reconnected with my best friend who is a paramedic who was sent from Georgia 2 days ago to Gulf Port, Mississippi before the hurricane hit.

He just reached me within the last 10 mins via emergency cell phone to tell me he was alive.

Thousands of bodies have been discovered throughout Mississippi in Gulf Port, Waveland,Hancock County,Bay of St.Louis.

They are hanging in trees and they are pulling them out 30 at a time. Entire families found drowned in their homes and washing up on shore.

The stories he could tell me were brief. National Guard is on the scene and arresting anyone seen on the streets.

The numbers are staggering and what I have been told tonight will shake people to their foundation as the numbers will be coming out in the next 24-hours of just how many people have actually perished in these and 3 other beach communities.

More to follow....

Prayers to you...but get a grip.

The reality is that thousands had not hours but days of warning...

The world is a viscious, cruel and ugly place...

They probably will take a picture of the face, then do either a mass burial, or a mass incineration, to stave off malaria and typhiod.

"guess is that the person reporting these figures is in a particularly hard-struck area and is incorrectly extrapolating his experience to the region as a whole."

THe east arm of Katrina had over a 125mi radius of hurricane size winds. Camile was an ~50mi radius. This 'cane had ~5X the energy of Camile also. All along that arm the average surge was 20-22 ft and the wave height out was 40ft. That's like a 125mi long tsunami wacking the shoreline.

That's why only slabs are mostly left from Slidell to FL, all along the shore. One of Biloxi's big beach front hotels was left standing with signs of a wave crashing into it at over 40 ft up. The east eye wall was ~ Bay St Louis. That's the highest wind velocity and correspondingly highest waveheight.

I am with you..all the copters flying in basically unrestricted airspace would have surely seen "thousands" or even hundreds of dead bodies. Or the media would have picked radio traffic sqawking about about it on radios...naaaaaah, I ain't buying it.

I think the majority of the deatsh are undouns yet and will take weeks to find whcih may in turn be thousands of dead. I don't beleive they have been "found" yet.

If the terrorists have any brain cells at all, they would realize we are in no mood right now to play well with others.

One very noteworthy difference between Katrina and last year's tsunami is that the tsunami victims were all hanging out on the beach wondering where the water had gone, while the surge zones along the Gulf Coast were also the most thoroughly evacuated..

"The Red Cross (did someone say "Cross"?),
The Salvation Army, and,
The Southern Baptists are providing food and other relief."

No mention of D.U. or A.N.S.W.E.R. however.

Thanks for the info about Slidell. I have a friend in Waveland, I hope he evacuated. There's been no word from there.

Don't have those details in my head and too tired to dig them up. Might, MIGHT be able to find the thread quickly. I'll try.

I think this is the thread:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-religion/1472670/posts

Warning--the naysayers trashed the thread up one side and down the other.

I didn't examine the predictions that closely but trust some of the people putting stock in them.

I don't know if what you are looking for is there in that level of detail or not. But that's the best I can offer you tonight.

I need to get to bed sooner than later.

The bodies could be obscured by broken tree branches and wind-carried debris - something that the tsunami didn't do.

I have no input on the escape route but as far as cooling meds a wet rag wrapped around them and wedge it in front of the A/C in the vehicle (if the A/C is there & works) and insulate the backside with more rags/paperbags/foil/seat cover torn off the seat whatever he can find that will insulate the meds while the cold air is blowing in. Make sure that there is a "flow though" venting of some kind while he is cooling the meds then shut off the A/C and wrap the holes closed. Close all the other vents and run the fan on low speed.

Tell him to try to keep a steady speed for better mileage w/ the gas.

Run the A/C for 10-15 mins and then shut it off for 30 mins to help with mileage Prayers for his success and safety.

Yes, many humans provide plenty of justification for Olympic class cynicism.

However, cynicism is mostly a very dead-end street.

I work hard at times to avoid going there.

They wouldn't have seen thousands of bodies if most are buried in rubble, or washed out to sea... It would be quite difficult to see bodies from a chopper at any altitude in trees that are still mostly foliated.

What I want to know is: When will they start reporting the real death toll? Why is there still an Andrew coverup?
