I had not seen that. Thanks for the link.

Beth Stump, right, works to comfort her two daughters, Breanna, 9-weeks-old, and Bonnie, 2, as the three wait to get food from the Salvation Army in east Biloxi, Mississippi, Wednesday morning Aug. 31, 2005. The family's home was washed off its foundation and into the street by Hurricane Katrina. (Patrick Schneider/Charlotte Observer/WpN)
Looks like an all womens parking lot.
I meant to say that THIS looks like an all women's parking lot.
There are actually businesses that specialize in such salvage autos for resale. We visited one in Searcy, Arkansas. Yes, cheap prices, but boy-what a risk you take. If the price is REALLY cheap, and you can get the electrical and such checked out, you might be ok for an occaisional driver.... But yes, be careful.
Thanks, Hal9000. I was wondering about those seven people in Grand Isle that decided to ride out the storm.
I heard that there were several helicopter trips to survey damage, and that LOOP workers made it out to restart the transfer system. Someone surely has video, if the national press would stop mouring the loss of their favorite dive in NO. I also would like to learn more of the situation down south.
DU thinks that you are one of them.
So do I
TT
I wouldn't doubt it. We know for a fact that Katrina was there.
Do any of you know har far inland the flooding has reached in Biloxi? It is urgent for me to know.
I see it!
Is there a high res of this?
I beleive it is Ocean springs (Rosewood lane) area....
