Category 4 Hurricane Katrina is approaching landfall in Eastern Louisiana. At 4:00AM EDT the storm's center was about 90 miles south of New Orleans.

Because God forbid nature do what she is suppose to. Whatever they would do to deter or annihilate hurricanes in the name of safety would have to be enviromentally bad, the tool and the hurricane not being able to go about it's natural course. These people are idiots.

I noticed that there is a sense of disappointement among some reporters that Katrina was not as bad as they wanted it to be, i.e., the worst storm ever to hit the United States.
