Category 4 Hurricane Katrina is approaching landfall in Eastern Louisiana. At 4:00AM EDT the storm's center was about 90 miles south of New Orleans.

There might be flooding in east NO, and maybe some in Jefferson Parish...
They dodged a bullet? Damage is extensive and the city is now flooding. Not sure he should be saying that. Geesh real stupid.
Oh My God!!! I hope their insurance covers all of this... (do you think he knows he left his lights on?) : )
He is saying now that there is no flooding where he is, and it seems like the worst of the storm has passed.
