Just talked to Basil on site in Crawford, Texas. Currently there are about 100 folks there helping to set up. They have not received word about the caravan arrival in Waco yet. JimRob is riding with the caravan. She thinks it might get to Crawford around 1:00 p.m.
Basil says the stage is set up, the sound system is excellent and they have hung the most beautiful banners overnighted by W04Man on the stage. A big thanks for the banners, they are much appreciated!
Someone arrived early and hung yellow ribbons everywhere.
They have an American flag that is about 50 feet by 40 feet. Children of military personnel serving in the Middle East have written notes to their parents on the stripes of this flag. A very touching thing to behold.
The HOT Chapter booth is being unloaded right now. The will sell buttons made by Angelwood to help off set costs.
Someone rented the Community Center for our use so there is access to AC. However, they also have 10 tents set up. And there is a Moonwalk for the kiddos.
To top everything else there is BBQ on the grill! Basil is the official taster and says it is great!
That is all the news I have at the moment. It is hard to get a cell phone connection to Crawford but when I hear more I will try to update everyone.

I don't think I will be watching Fox to find out. I have been listening to live stream radio for most of the week and have really enjoyed turning Fox off. I was shocked today when I tried to watch coverage of Crawford and found it so slanted towards the left.
ok good. :)

Cindy is getting death threats now

We don't need anything like this.
The country western singer's wife was interviewed and said that some of the lefties were trailing school children home and if their parents didn;t meet them at the door, they'd walk up and ask the KIDS if they could go in and use the shower!!!!!
I was wondering about their report of a confrontation. Earlier there were reports of the Cindy camp disrupting our rally and now the reports from the media are saying we were disruptive.
Yup.
You're right-=-she's pitiful. But to me, the really, really sad part is the number of people who think she actually makes sense.
I'm not willing to believe that Sheehan has received death threats. It wouldn't suprise me if one of her own chose to call in a death threat, or write, whatever, in an attempt to garner more misplaced sympathy for this woman's actions.
Also, if there have been death threats made, perhaps they came from her family? LOL
I missed the end of the show; who did they say he's marrying??
Bump, BTTT as a boomark

Come on folks it the Lefists whom are calling in the threats. Let's face it, they are just much better at being slime than we are.
No that we are slime
Geez, this post stinks so much I can smell it from here.
Lets be clear, Cindy says Cindy is getting death threats. Also, there was a bomb threat the other day at the store where Fort Qualls is. I don't believe a word coming out of CIndy's camp -- even if its on FNC. Today FNC showed me that they are no longer very reliable in standing up to their "fair and balanced" slogan. Greg was so biased towards Cindy's position, it made me ill.
:) You're posts certainly make a good impression. It won't be long before we're celebrating your 1st year anniversary, I'm sure :)
I believe it is Marguerite W. Sallee who is chairman and CEO of America's Promise...Colin and Alma Powell's foundation.
Sorry that took so long to answer. I couldn't remember her name and had to do a little research.
We should be there.
