Just talked to Basil on site in Crawford, Texas. Currently there are about 100 folks there helping to set up. They have not received word about the caravan arrival in Waco yet. JimRob is riding with the caravan. She thinks it might get to Crawford around 1:00 p.m.
Basil says the stage is set up, the sound system is excellent and they have hung the most beautiful banners overnighted by W04Man on the stage. A big thanks for the banners, they are much appreciated!
Someone arrived early and hung yellow ribbons everywhere.
They have an American flag that is about 50 feet by 40 feet. Children of military personnel serving in the Middle East have written notes to their parents on the stripes of this flag. A very touching thing to behold.
The HOT Chapter booth is being unloaded right now. The will sell buttons made by Angelwood to help off set costs.
Someone rented the Community Center for our use so there is access to AC. However, they also have 10 tents set up. And there is a Moonwalk for the kiddos.
To top everything else there is BBQ on the grill! Basil is the official taster and says it is great!
That is all the news I have at the moment. It is hard to get a cell phone connection to Crawford but when I hear more I will try to update everyone.
And sadly it's not the first time. During the debates last October, FOX continually gave the victories to Kerry and Edwards--when it was CLEAR that they lost.
"Do you imagine Murdoch has anything to do with this?"
He has everything to do with it.
I dont understand why people think Fox is any different that the other newsies... You should support talk radio (which supported the caravan to Texas bigtime)
God Bless you Freepers that could make it!
Why was he arrested?
VOA (Sammy Hagar)
Raise the Flag! Let it wave.
Spread the news for all to hear.
We've come to fight, let's make that clear.
You push too hard, you're gonna fall.
We got fifty million rockers, we're all on guard, yeah!
We don't like it. (Oh, no!)
We can make it stop (Oh, yeah!)
We won't take it (C'mon!)
Let it rock!
You in the middle east, you be on your toes.
We're bound to strike, everybody knows.
Just tell your friends, the USSR
We're gonna, we're gonna crash that party, 'cause they've gone too far, yeah!
We don't like it. (Oh, no!)
We can make it stop (Oh, yeah!)
We won't take it (Uh!)
Let it rock!
When we're together, we're the best.
We think as one, there's no contest.
We've got the power, they know the score.
We'll get so strong there'll be no war.
[solo]
Yeah!
We don't like it. (Oh, no!)
We won't take it (Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!)
We don't like it.
We won't take it.
Yeah!

Yeah!
Watch it!
And when I'm talkin', you'd better listen...
Hey!
The fact thousands of the good guys got there and supported our troops and President, imo, is a sign we've broken the wall of the MSM. Think about what it means. It means the rhetoric and spin of the MSM failed. It means alternative communication sources succeeded, or no one would have attended and known of the rally.
Insofar as the MSM is concerned, we've got them on the defensive temporarily and that is about as good as it gets. We'll never control them, but we can back them into corners step by step.
LOL, I think you're right. Sadly, probably a product of the California school system. At least her son turned out right.
Why is no one reporting on her family disagreeing with her and her husband filing for divorce?
I thought he did pretty good with the pro-Bush comment too, letting the lady make her point, which BTW made sense and was coherent.
CindyLoon's comment was totally incoherent. I hope she keeps right on spitting them out.

The race is gettin ready to start..I DOUBLE DOG DARE CINDY (double dog dare is the worst kind of dare) to go to Bristol and broadcast her message..ROFL...wait, her handlers would never allow that...:(
I heard that he would not move when the LEOs asked him to leave a particular space. I am betting that he was an anti-Bush setup masquerading as a Bush supporter.
FOX has gone over to the dark side.
Terrific picture. 1,000 words and all!
Probably the best laugh of the day was the story on Fox News Watch.....Is Cindy Sheehan being censored? What a laugh!
Is it just me, or does he seem downright uncomfortable reporting this story? I'm suprised, since he was in the thick of the beginning of the war and gave some of the best reports... and is a marine pilot himself... he did manage to mumble something about the *numbers* vary from a hundred to hundreds.
I want to laugh, but I can't--it's like laughing at someone who is mentally challenged. That woman has psycho and breakdown-soon written all over her.
Yep.
