My thoughts are a little different tha yours.
I'm pretty sure the Gerolick Wall was put into place to protect BC from the investigations into Chinagate and that the resulting inability of AD to communicae with the FBI was nothing more than an "unintended consequence." Once the attack of 9/11 took place, the Clintonistas went into full cover-up mode. This, I believe is the reason she as on the commission. My question is why the Administration and the Republicans on the commission went along with the final report.
Hopefully, this will lead to some exposure of X42's disastrous effect on the USA.

if this story does bust open, the media will attempt to make the story that the Bush administration didn't get the information to the 9-11 commission. and the commission members, both parties, will sign onto that of course. they will totally ignore the important part of the story - that legal loopholes blocked getting the intel to someone who could possibly have stopped 9-11 before it happened.

In the meantime; is it possible to find out the names of the lawyers who showed up to run defense for Dept OF Defense, against the FBI. . .and on behalf of 'whom'? I mean can we just put more of a face or two on this? (apparently not. . .ala 'who hired Craig Livingstone". . .)
And I am asumming with all the back-patting of Clinton Inc. on how they apprised GW of all things possible. . .post his arrival #l600. . .; that 'Able Danger' never made into a briefing.

And the rumors probably are true. Heck as I write this I am looking at the "Notes to Chapter 5 reference list" in the 9/11 Report and see at least seperate references on "German BKA",
and even the briefest scan I am doing through Chapter 5 as I write clear shows much involvement by the Germans to provide details on Atta and his group being in Germany.
A lot of the things FR's have been posting with in question form seem to show up in the 9/11 Report, in some fashion.
