My horoscope today said something about Mercury and Mars getting too close to one another, and that all kinds of crazy things would happen today. Between the surprisingly fierce Florida hurricane, the mad circus on the road to Bush's ranch, and now this in Houston--the prediction seems to be on target.

There was an alert on H&C that there was a security breach. The airport was locked down to search for two women who avoided the screeners. Not sure how. An article I read over at Yahoo news just now, says they have tracked them (via camera) to north end of Terminal C.

The reason there are so many posts is because defconw started fights with half the Thread and mocked the other half. And you, Fudd Fan, encouraged her the whole time, and I think added 100 posts yourself which, in fairness, should be subtracted from the total. I was expecting a "virtual" fist fight at any moment. [Especially, when George Allen was criticized!]
Just kidding, as you know. I will say it is strange to see so many Snow buddies here and yet the the Thread sure takes on a different personality. I think I had better stick to the Snow Thread if I don't wnat to wake up with a horse's head [or other end] in my bed.
