The press will now try to revive the story... we will see if it can be resurrected.

Rush Limbaugh hit pay dirt with his analysis of this Cindy Sheehan circus: to paraphrase, he said in effect that the more the Left tries to see how much damage they can do to the Bush Administration, they consistently overlook the damage they do to themselves and the Democrat Party as a whole. I had to (briefly) take my hands off the steering wheel to applaud that one.

"This is where I belong, until Aug. 31, like I told the president," Sheehan said at the airport before driving about 20 miles to the Crawford site.

This poor, deranged lady thinks she is actually speaking straight to Bush.

"Sheehan and other grieving families met with Bush about two months after her son died last year, before reports of faulty prewar intelligence surfaced and caused her to become a vocal opponent of the war."

The media keeps falling back on this claim, failing to mention that this revelation has nothing to do with the way Sheehan changed her story on Bush's demeanor. She lied!

"Among those defending Sheehan are former U.S. ambassador Joseph Wilson, who believes that his wife's identity as an undercover CIA operative was leaked in retaliation for his criticism of the Bush administration in a 2002 New York Times op-ed piece.

"The Bush White House and its right-wing allies are responding to Cindy Sheehan and the military families' vigil in central Texas in the same way that they always respond to bad news — by unleashing personal attacks and smears against her," Wilson said in a statement released Wednesday. "

First the AP hits Bush about his gas usage and now they drag that idiot Wilson and the CIA leak non story into this.

HOW MUCH MORE SHAMEFUL CAN THE AP BE?

Heard her say that if she beleived then as she does now, she would have taken her son to Canada. How stupid of me I thought her son was old enough to make up his own mind which he surely did. I understand your loss, but he did what he wanted to do and what he beleived in. Stop dancing on his brave grave with your own ego. Lets face it your time in the spotlight is almost over so let your brave noble son rest in peace.

Oh boy this article is dripping with fun:

A woman whose son was killed in Iraq returned to Texas

Like we don't know who the 'woman' is.

Conservative activists and military families were en route to Crawford

Of course Sheehan's supporters aren't activists are they?

"The Bush White House and its right-wing allies are responding to Cindy

Thank God for us 'right-wing' allies

Now this is what I call a completely fair and objective article, and I didn't even mention Joe Wilson.

Note how quickly She shoves aside her ailing mother in order to get face time in front of the cameras.

Great family values, uh?

She knows her "fifteen minutes" are stretching its limits.

This woman sounds so drugged up, like some "moonie". My heart goes out to her for allowing herself to be the pawn of mercenary leftists and America haters.

Her brave son was an adult man who knew the course he embarked upon for which we will always honor his sacrifice so that we remain free.

I wonder so that his mother is very careless of what his devotion, duty and courage was to his country, fellow brave warriors, and proud American citizens and perhaps the freedom loving Iraqi's too.

Her grief is added to the tears of thousands upon thousands of mothers and fathers who have lost their children on the bloody battlegrounds for centuries. It's just that we see bravery more often in proud eyes and somber faces of parents who respect and honor their childrens sacrifice and know that their child is a great American hero of an exceptionalness far greater than their own grief.

To all American heroes I proudly salute you. God Bless America for her courageous sons and daughters and the men and women who give us such brave sons and daughters.
