Last time I checked, the Syrian-controlled Hezbollah was sending teams of men into refugee camps in Lebanon. These men would set up 122mm rockets and launch them at civilian targets in Israel. The choice of firing points, inside of refugee camps, was deliberate. Israeli counter-battery radar would detect the rockets as they ascended, and dispatch an immediate artillery fire mission against the point of origin. Which would get Lebanese civilians and refugees killed. The Syrian rocketeers would usually be long gone by the time the counterfire landed. They's make sure a news team was nearby, so that there'd be lots of footage of how 'the evil Israelis shelled helpless refugees'.
By your statements Cindy, I can only conclude that you approve of this sort of thing.
