Don't forget the Klansmen and Nazis. David Duke is one of Cindy Sheehan's great supporters, but I'll be damned if I link that creep's website here.
I've always believed that if you go far enough off the deep end on the extreme left, you wind up where the extreme right is, and vice versa. So it's no surprize to see the same arguments made by Kos, Atrios, and Duke. Birds of a feather.

The irony is huge. The Islamic fundamentalist hate the liberal life style of America but the red, diaper, doper, babies are their biggest ally. Both seem blind to the unholy union.

A simple, knee-jerk, off the top of my head, response would be...NO!
I will re-read/study the Patriot Act and get back to you. Can't right now, though.

Bringing together anarchists, Marxists and radical Muslims First we must organize the anarchists, which might happen before the sun goes nova. The marxists are not a formidable force any longer since they average 87 years old and can come out only once a week for half an hour if it isn't too hot or too cold or raining. The rad Moslems are just rebels, another word for heretics. Islam itself is the greatest heresy of all time, but the rad rebels are even farther afield if that is possible.

That will all change when his 'friends' knock on his door to rape his children, slaughter his famjily and leave him with a Quran to show why what they did is right.

"It is difficult to believe that the secular left could really find common cause with religious fundamentalists of any stripe..." There's nothing difficult about it. The targets on 9/11 were the centers of the very things the left hates: capitalism (World Trade Center) and the military (Pentagon).

Liberals, socialist, commies, all the same tripe.

I agree. But how do you see this new constitution the Iraqis are devising. It reminds me of the Japanese in 1945 coming up with a constitution and MacArthur throwing it in the trash and making one up in a week for them.
I just don't see how we can ask our troops to die to build up another oil rich Islamic country. Give me some feedback on this. I don't know if I'm too hardline but I do know that its not what I expected after 9/11.
